Professional Experience

Prior to joining TLEX®, Angela's main experience is in the HR field in Taiwan and consultation experience in the USA.

Training & Consulting Expertise

Angela has integrated experiences from both theoretical trainings and professional services. She is an ICF-certified PCC coach and provides solution-focused coaching and tailor-made consultation. She co-authored “Coaching for Life Transformation” with David Dan, which received the Golden Book Award from the Taiwanese Ministry of Economic Affairs.

Education

Angela Chen received a Ph.D. in Industrial Organization Consulting Psychology from the Marshall Goldsmith School of Management, USA, an MBA from the Ohio State University, and a B.A. from National Taiwan University.
