Professional Experience

Barbara has supported more than 1.000 companies in corporate planning and company development. Since several years, she has focused on leadership coaching as well as team development. In addition, she is a speaker for stress management and resilience.

Training & Consulting Experience

Barbara has 20 years of experience in training, consulting and coaching. She has developed and led programs on healthy leadership and team development, company foundations, communication as well as resilience and stress management. She works e.g. for the Federal Foreign Office, qualitycube GmbH, InMediaSP GmbH, Transgourmet Deutschland GmbH & Co. OHG and several universities. In addition, she is listed as a coach and consultant in programs of the German ministries for example BAFA.

Education

Barbara completed her psychology studies with a focus on consulting, training and work psychology at the University of Hamburg, Germany. She is a certified systemic consultant and international certified coach (CPCC) at CTI according to the guidelines of the International Coach Federation (ICF).
