Bhushan Deodhar

Professional Experience

Bhushan's leadership has furthered the development of multiple businesses and teams across the U.S. and internationally for the last twenty-years. Currently, as the President of Sumeru, a multi-national software consulting firm and CEO of Shankara Skincare, an all-natural anti-aging skin care products company, he has grown the scope and performance of these businesses multifold. Bhushan serves on the Boards of a number of non-governmental organizations. Prior to these roles, he held leadership positions at Oracle Corporation and Nortel Networks.

Training & Consulting Expertise

Bhushan has conducted hundreds of leadership, self-development and team building programs in North America, Europe, Asia and Africa. Over the last 10 years, he has facilitated numerous programs at companies, including Accenture, Coca Cola, BCG, GE, Shell, American Express and the World Bank Group. He has also delivered TLEX® workshops at Harvard Business School and the MIT Sloan School of Management.

Education

Bhushan holds a master’s degree in Computer Science from University of Texas, Arlington. He is also a Certified Leadership Trainer for the World Bank Group’s program ‘Collaborative Leadership for Development’.
