Professional Experience

Bidisha is currently working as a part of the leadership team as a Vice President at Tiger Analytics. With over two decades of experience in Advanced Data Sciences, Product Strategy and Development, and Analytics driven Consulting, Bidisha brings to table a rich mix of technology, data, and business understanding. She has deep expertise in Healthcare, Insurance and Life Sciences and a strong combination of functional, analytical, technical and process skills. She believes in leveraging data to bring value to business. Prior to Tiger, Bidisha was a founder of a Healthcare Analytics company in India. Having worked in startups with steep growth, large consulting houses, as well as an entrepreneur, Bidisha brings a rare combination of skills that span across general management, process, revenue management, business development, client relationships and people management.

Training & Consulting Expertise

Bidisha has been a trainer of meditation and mindfulness techniques for over two decades. She has conducted meditation workshops for corporate houses, students, teens, and youth. Since 2007, she has been volunteering as a meditation and mindfulness coach and conducting leadership training programmes in US and India, and has been a trainer at companies such as Intuit, eBay, Cisco, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Capgemini, LG, Tata Group, Nokia and IBM. She has also taught the youth programme at several premier universities and institutes.

Education

B.Tech of IIT Kharagpur, AMPBA (Advanced Management Program in Business Analytics) from ISB, Hyderabad and currently pursuing EPM (Executive Program in Management) from Columbia Business School. She is also an accredited E-RYT 200H certified Hatha Yoga Trainer.
