Michael Hartmann

Professional Experience

As a former professional football athlete, Michael has accumulated over 15 years of experience in the sports industry. Alongside his own career as a professional athlete, he coached young football talents for several years before establishing himself as a consultant in leadership and personal development. 

Since 2015, he has also been working with the EBS University, providing psychological counseling to students and coaching executives and professional athletes. 

Training & Consulting Experience

Michael Hartmann has been working as a freelance consultant, trainer, and systemic coach in the fields of leadership and personal development for over 10 years. Additionally, he is responsible for the development and implementation of academic training programs at the EBS Executive School. 

Education

Michael Hartmann studied Business Administration and Psychology. He is a certified TLEX Mindfulness Trainer, systemic coach at EBS University, UEFA licensed trainer, and a member of the Association of German Football Teachers (BDFL)."
