Neringa has worked as a consultant and project manager in the field of Human Resource Management, Organisational Development, Leadership and Team Building since 2006.

Training & Consulting Expertise

Neringa has worked with TLEX® since 2009, delivering trainings to clients such clients as Beiersdorf, General Electric, Tetra Pak, Roche, ZelenBio, Al Rajhi Capital. She has helped design and manage conferences for TLEX® and World Forum for Business in Ethics at the European Parliament (Brussels, Belgium), United Nations (Geneva, Switzerland), FIFA (Zurich, Switzerland).

Education

Neringa holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a master's degree in Organisational Development and Business Psychology (Vilnius University, Lithuania). She is a certified Executive Coach (ICF).
