Pablo is the founder and director of BW, a leading consulting agency specialized in internal communications and most experienced in Latin America. He brings 20 years of experience working as an assesor, consultant and mentor for more than 300 leading companies based in Argentina, Brazil, Spain, Chile, Uruguay, Bolivia, Perú, Paraguay and Colombia.

Training & Consulting Expertise

Pablo has vast experience of more than 10 years as a trainer, coach and mentor in the organizations of different sectors. He conducted training programs to thousands of leaders and workers teaching in group workshops and individual mentoring sessions. He developed workshops oriented towards soft skills in communication and leadership. He taught at universities and delivered postgraduate programs. As a speaker in forums of HR, management and internal communications, he lectured in massive conferences all throughout the continent.

Education

Pablo leads a team of study which has been doing research and diagnosis since 2011 related to internal communications and corporate culture.He edited 3 books and published many papers with the same team. Pablo graduated in Ciencias de la Comunicacion at Universidad del Salvador in Buenos Aires.
