WORK Experience

Raghunath has over 11 years of experience conducting Mind Management programs including SKY, Effortless Meditation for communities, correctional centers as well as corporations. He has been a faculty with TLEX for over 2 years on both the Mind Matters programs as well as the leadership programs. He has led sessions at IBM, State of Texas, Nexthermal, Intuit, eBay, and other companies, as well as business leader networks and Yoga conferences. He has also conducted several sales training and product training sessions, as well as consulting engagements in his IT career across USA, UK, Singapore and India. 

Management Experience

Raghunath brings over 20 years of management experience across startups, small, medium and large corporations. Raghunath has co-founded multiple Austin based successful startups delivering software products and services. As a co-founder of Gravitant Inc, which has been acquired by IBM Corporation, Raghu played the roles of Chief Technology Officer, VP-Product Management, managed the operations of the company for over 7 years, and specializes in creating and building strong global teams and organizations. With IBM, he served as a Distinguished Engineer driving technology strategy, product management, strategic planning, and collaboration across teams and stakeholders. Raghunath has also managed large projects as a volunteer for non-profits, and instrumental in building the Austin Art of Living chapter. 

Education

Raghunath holds a B. Tech from IIT Chennai, India. He is a certified Art of Living SKY, breathwork and Meditation teacher, and a RYT-200 certified Yoga instructor.
