Sara Baltus

Professional Experience

As a Human Resource Coordinador and Consultant Sara was working internationally prior to joining TLEX in 2022, followed by being an independent Self-Leadership and Life Design Coach attending her clients all around the world in German, English and Spanish. 

She brings in many years of experience in international recruitment, training and development and HR (Project-) Management with a personal focus on Life Coaching.

Education

Sara graduated as a Business Psychologist from the SRH University of Applied Science in Heidelberg, Germany, with Masters in Leadership Coaching from the OBS and University of Barcelona, Spain with a certification as a Mindfulness and Self-Awareness Trainer by the EBS University and TLEX.
