Spencer Delisle

Professional Experience

Spencer brings thirteen years of management experience to his role as Vice President (Canada) and Board Member TLEX Institute, and is Vice President of the International Association for Human Values Canada. His ability to lead teams in both the corporate and not for profit sectors has enabled him to benefit from learnings on both sides and inspire innovation, and results.

Training & Consulting Expertise

For thirteen years Spencer has conducted self-mastery, and team connectedness programs for hundreds of leaders and teams globally, including members of the European Parliament, Federal Government of Canada, Government of Iraq, Google, eBay, TD, FSRA, Intuit, IBM, SAP, GE, Ford, Roche, WTA, and the US and Canadian Armed Forces. Spencer has been the lead instructor on multiple research studies examining the effects of Meditation and SKY breathing techniques on depression/anxiety, first responders and veterans with PTSD, and at-risk youth, in partnership with The Schulich School of Medicine at the University of Western Ontario. He currently sits on an advisory committee at Mount Sinai Hospital in partnership with the University of Toronto, and Atlas Institute for Veterans and Families (Ministry of Veterans Affairs Canada) to research using SKY as an online intervention for PTSD.

Education

Spencer was awarded a B.Sc from Mount Allison University graduating the president of his class. He was formerly involved in academic research at Mount Allison, and McGill University in the fields of oncology and cardiology respectively. He has published in the scientific journal tetrahedron letters, and has worked on the corporate side of science in marketing with Novartis Pharmaceuticals. He is a certified executive coach with Integral Coaching Canada, and a certified Yoga Instructor with Yoga Alliance. Spencer is dedicated to joining hands with leaders to create a stress free violence free world, and make this life a celebration for all.
